I’ve had the joy of teaching in both public and private schools across North Carolina as a
preschool and Spanish teacher. I also facilitated parenting programs that support families in
our community.
For many years, I’ve run a licensed, 5-star Spanish Immersion Family Child Care Program,
where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and become confident learners guided by a
Montessori-inspired, bilingual philosophy. In addition, I teach Early Childhood
Development at the college level, because I believe our community thrives when teachers are
passionate, well-prepared, and inspired.
My goal is simple: to create a warm, engaging environment
Our Approach
After many years of working as a teacher, I recognized a growing need in our community for bilingual education—one that supports integration and fosters a truly multicultural society. With this vision, I opened a small home-based school, Spanish for Kids, where children learned Spanish through full immersion.
For 12 years, we proudly served our community and earned a 5-star quality rating, reflecting our commitment to excellence in early childhood education. As the need grew, I expanded to open Spanish Montessori Preschool, creating more opportunities for children and families.
Guided by the philosophy of Maria Montessori, our program blends authentic Montessori education with Spanish immersion. Through hands-on learning, exploration, and meaningful connections, we nurture independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
What makes us unique is our dedication to educating the whole child—supporting academic, social-emotional, and cultural development in a warm, safe, and engaging environment.
